The obvious answer to economic injustice is for rich Western nations (like USA) to bring their trade barriers down. In doing so under-developed countires will then be able to increase their markets in the West and slowly improve their living standards - however that will then give the appearance of more injustice - until in the long term Globalisation has its full effect of level out the (rich) North / (poor) South divide.
